Dr. Pollard and her team are great. Everyone is friendly, professional, and you can tell they really... care about their patients. She takes the time to listen and explain things, which makes the whole experience easy and comfortable. Highly recommend. Had to update my review because at my prior doctor's office I generally had to go back and be refitted for glasses because the prescription was slightly off. That was not the case after my visit with Dr. Pollard. Prescription came in and was perfect from the get go.

Facility was very clean! Kaiden served me well! He was very pleasant from start to finish. I appreci... ate how he cleaned every instrument before and after use! He kept me aware every step of the way, didn’t leave confused or unsure of things that took place. Dr Nhat was great also, he explained details of my eye exam in terms I could understand, shared important information another clinic in Ennis Tx failed to tell me. 😡 Jessica helped me pick out perfect eyewear fit to my liking. Loved the convenience of scheduling an appt online. Again superb service Kaiden (love how your mom spelled your name), Dr Nhat and Jessica. Be blessed. Sorry for late review, I forgot. 😇🤭🫣🥴😃
